- AO/MSO Meeting: The next meeting is scheduled for May 21, 2013 in the Chancellor's Conference Room (KL 232) from 10:45 A.M. - Noon. The agenda will be emailed the Thursday prior to the meeting and posted on the Controls Website Meetings Page.
- Financial Management Certification Program: The FMCP commenced with Modules 1 and 2 on April 11, 2013. The next session, Module 3 - Regulatory Requirements and Compliance, will be held on May 14, 2013 from 1:00 P.M. - 4:45 P.M. Module 4 - Budget Framework and the Color of Money will be held on May 28, 2013 from 1:00 P.M. - 4:45 P.M. For additional information and instructions, visit the FMCP page.
- Summer Administrative Forum: The Summer Administrative Forum is scheduled for July 16, 2013 from 9:00-11:30 A.M. in COB 105. The agenda will be posted in June, but mark your calendars.
- G-28 Travel Rules: Effective January 1, 2013, mileage reimbursement rates are $.565 per mile for use of a private automobile for University business; and $.240 per mile for driving or shipping an automobile in connection with a move or relocation.
